When I found out I was pregnant again after having 2 girls I was over the moon, so so happy but it was short lived. I started to bleed and each time came the thought my baby had gone, each scan showed baby was fine. On 18th oct i awoke to go to the toilet to discover i was coverd in blood, i was 16 weeks gone. I sat on the toilet and there you were so tiny, at this stage I only thought I was carry 1 baby but after a trip to EPAS I found out I was expecting twins, it was due to your mummys mis-shaped womb that you died, something I will never forgive myself for. Your brother James was born fine at 37 weeks. I think of you everyday and what could of been. Love you sweetheart xx
